Innovative Plastics, Inc. was incorporated in Huntsville, Alabama in 1989, by an experienced team of molders and mold makers to service the rapidly expanding plastics market in North Alabama. The company prospered and grew by servicing its customers with the most cost-effective and highest quality tooling and molding in the area.

Due to its solid performance, strong growth rate, and exceptional customer service, the company was acquired in 1999 by T-H Marine Supplies, Inc., one of Innovative's major customers.
